VIP and its Resilience

VIP Limousine ResilienceTransportation companies have been badly impacted by the pandemic due to very minimal to no event or travels happening all around the world. Organizations with prior scheduled conventions have opted to do virtual conferences and presentations instead. Birthday parties planned to be held in limousines were moved to different venues. Video conferences, e-parties, or just plain home celebrations with the immediate family became the trend. We saw how bad it could affect us but resilience played a big role in our lives as individuals and as a team.

The Struggle is Real

VIP Limousine has been providing unparalleled service since 1989. Our clientele stretches from Salt Lake City, Park City, Provo, and other parts of Utah to different states. Before the COVID-19 pandemic started, VIP has been so busy with our day-to-day trips. Proms, quinceaneras, corporate travels, concerts, birthday parties, weddings, and any event that needs transportation, we are there. Then there came the quarantine period. It was not easy for a company that’s used to so many bookings listed in our schedule everyday to experience in just one click, no runs at all. Our hands our tied. We had to take a break to ensure the safety of our staff, chauffeurs and most importantly, our clients. But as actors say, the show must go on.

This is How We Do It

A couple of months after the quarantine began, we are back on the road again. We had fewer runs back then but it did not stop us in believing that this is just a pebble in our shoe. Our clients need us to provide them with airport shuttle service in Utah, and black car service to get them to their corporate meetings. This was a very crucial stage for everyone as multinational companies needed to address the most pressing concerns of their businesses by coming over to their sites in person. We were, and still are, very careful in dealing with the situation. Virus shields were installed in our SUVs to ensure that droplets won’t pass from chauffeurs to clients, and vice versa. Sanitizers were also made available in the vehicles and not to mention our more thorough cleaning of each vehicle before and after each trip.

Resilience is Key

Our more than 3 decades of experience in transportation service here in Utah definitely helped us in getting through the challenges that come our way. We treat our employees like family and this is enough reason for us to continue this journey that we have started in 1989. The resilience and commitment of every member of our team made us strong. Times may be tough, but we have to do what we do best. Breathe. Smile. Slay.

We are Here For You

We owe it to the clients who never wavered. They never doubted our capabilities in providing them with safe and comfortable trips in the midst of this hullabaloo. VIP Limousine remains committed to the promise of giving the #drivenbetter experience to our clients. We are more than happy that recently, people are now slowly getting back to their usual pre-pandemic routine. There may be a new normal for everyone across the globe, but we are here to make sure that what we bring to the table (or to your seats) is the better normal that you cannot get elsewhere.
