Can I smoke or vape in the car?
No, all of our vehicles are 100% smoke free with no exceptions. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and other drugs. There is a fine for violating this rule per our reservation agreements, and all violating guests will be asked to vacate the vehicle immediately.
Are there capacity limits for the limousines and/or black cars?
Yes, each of our individual vehicles has legal seating capacity limits in line with DOT regulations. We cannot load more passengers than what is legally allowed. Please see our fleet options to find the vehicle that bet suits your needs, or reach out to our team for a personalized quote.
What qualifications do your chauffeurs have?
Each driver/chauffeur working with VIP Limo has to pass an FBI-based background check, drug testing, and undergo a standardized training regimen including defensive driving. We ensure you are always driven better.
Can I drink alcohol in the car?
Yes! State law requires a partition to separate passengers and chauffeurs. Please see our fleet options, or give us a call for a personalized quote for the best vehicle for your party.
Can I bring food/drinks into the car?
Yes, absolutely! Passengers may bring any food and drink in all of our vehicles. Because state law has specific requirements for when alcohol is permitted, please view our fleet or reach out to our team of specalized account managers for guidance on alcoholic beverages in your specific vehicle.
What kind of insurance do you have?
Our insurance coverage exceeds the requirements mandated by the State of Utah and is appropriate for livery service.
What is included in my limo/black car quote?
Everything! We include fuel, taxes, and other fees in all of our quotes so you know how much you are paying upfront. For limousine services, gratuity is extra and at client discretion, though we recommend 15-20%.
Can I see the limo in person before booking it?
Yes, of course! Due to the nature of our business, we require appointments if you’d like to see the vehicle prior to booking. Please call 801-288-9494 to schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our general cancellation policy is 24 hours for our car service, with exceptions during special events. For our limousines, the cancellation policy is 7 days, however our required deposits are non-refundable.
Is there a minimum booking length?
Yes, all bookings charge a minimum of 2 hours on weekdays, and 3 hours on weekends and holidays.
